If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect. To do so, you must send clear photographic evidence of the defect within 2 business days from the date of receipt, using our official customer service channels.

If you receive a garment with manufacturing defects, ITANA will cover all shipping costs, both for returning the product and for sending its replacement.
All products sold through our store are considered final sale. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
